I'm a fully qualified solution-focused hypnotherapy and psychotherapy practitioner, having attended additional training in transactional analysis for low key resolutions, acceptable behaviour counselling and mediation.

With a background in holistic therapies such as Reiki (Level II practitioner), Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Drum Healing, I adopt a friendly and intuitive approach to instantly put you at ease and ensure you receive the therapy you need.
