The Most Wonderful Time of The Year?

For many of us, December is a time of celebration. However, the chaos of the holiday season can be acutely stressful, and in-between the pressures of finding the perfect Secret Santa and hosting the finest dinner party, our mental health can often be left on the backburner. Not only can this detract from enjoying the precious time spent with loved ones or any spiritual comfort from worshipping on these Holy Days, but it can also leave us utterly burnt out and miserable by the time January rolls around.

Furthermore, there are many people who are alone or simply not in a position to spend the season with their loved ones. This time of year can be especially difficult for these people.

Whilst it is important to take care of our mental wellbeing throughout the year, we should pay even closer attention to how the expectations we put upon each other over Christmas and New Year can affect us psychologically. Hypnotherapy can help you cope with that extra stress and ensure you have yourself a merry little Christmas!

If you would like to have a jolly holiday, please write to Father Christmas and let him know you have been very nice this year, or contact one of his special hypnotherapy elves at
